With a projected duration of 18 months, we are dedicated to delivering a top-tier structure that meets the tailored demands of our client.

The total project estimate stands at an impressive 140 million, showcasing the scale and potential impact of this office building on the local economy. Our project consultant, Mr. Thushara Deepal, alongside the competent project manager, Mr. Ajith Fernando, will oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure everything operates smoothly and within budget. Furthermore, Mr. Nalaka Priyashantha will serve as the project manager and technical officer, while Mr. Indika Ramanayake will function as the quantity surveyor, collectively ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
